Returns

What’s your return policy? All sales are final, however defected items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by using the links provided in the post-delivery email.

Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know through the links in the post-delivery email within a week after receiving your order. Upon review we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

Wrong Address

If you accidentally input the wrong shipping address and your item(s) is/are lost, the item may be returned to our warehouse. If said item(s) is/are returned and you would like them sent to the correct address, you would be responsible for this additional fee.

If your item has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you once, and if we do not hear from you within 2 weeks, your item will be donated to charity.
